Unless we can imagine our Master Trader’s mindset, our brain does not know where to take us. No only does it not know where to take us but it will resist. That is right…until you have a clear, visceral incorporated experience of the Master Trader’s mindset, our brains look at that powerful space as a dangerous foreign territory.

What if your brain had a compelling destination? What if, imagine what if, you could create a new territory, and new mindset, and new powerful trading presence that was calm, patient and powerful? Most of us experience the pain of impulse trading, fear of pulling the trigger, letting losses run, taking profit too soon and sudden equity losses. But have you experienced the power of a trading master’s mindset?

If you haven’t experienced the Master Trader’s mindset how will you get there?

Well, frankly you can’t. Neither can my coaching clients, students and group members.

So, I have created a series of guided visualizations that will invite you to step into your highest trading self. A Guided Visualization is a process of creating a mental image and experiencing the impact of that image viscerally with your physical sensations, your emotions and your thoughts as they emerge from within that created mindset.

To be sure we are clear, our visualizations are NOT about manifesting, wishing, hoping or just fantasizing about a better future. It is about preparing all parts of ourselves to accept and create the future we build.

Professional sports people from motorcycle racers to football players use this technique to perfect their game. We have pioneered a guided visualization program specifically to help traders improve their trading results. Guided visualizations are not an instantaneous fix to problems that have taken a lifetime to entrench. Instead, they build a new trading mindset incrementally, with results you can actually measure.

About Rich Friesen

Richard Friesen is the founder and CEO of the Mind Muscles Academy, and your instructor for this course.
